Feast of Saint Vito

The Brazilian melting pot parties.
Dates to be confirmed.
Every year the streets of Sao Paulo's Italian district are filled with events, music, and local cuisine. The event is similar to the French Saint-Jean, but much more festive still.
St. Vito takes place every weekend from early May to late June.
The festival honours Saint Vito, the patron saint of Polignano a Mare, a small town in Puglia, Italy. In Sao Paulo, the vast majority of immigrants came from there.
The more the Italian community grows, the more festive this event becomes. A moment of conviviality in the heart of Brazilian melting pot.
